Rates: We offer rates that are competitive with the market. We have a variable rate structure depending on the customers need. These rates include on-site repair as well as in-shop repair if the customer doesn't mind bringing the game to the shop. In instances where there is major repair, I will specifically request that the game be brought in as the complexity of the problem may be hard to diagnose and extremely time consuming in a customer home environment where I may not have all the access to tools and test equipment.

Home Repair: Home service will be provided to any customer within reasonable distance of Mechanicsburg, PA. As a rule of thumb, I try to limit service call to one hour drive time each way. Drive time will be billed to a customer at a rate of $55 an hour which is the same rate that will be charged each hour for the repair service. I can also give the customer an estimate of the repair once I analyze the games issues. In most cases repairs will be minor and can be fixed in a short amount of time. Also, parts will not be included in the repair cost and these will be billed separately.

In-Shop Repair: There is a cheaper rate of repair for the customer if they can bring the game to my shop. Rates will be bill at $45 and you would obviously have no drive time expenses. Parts will also be an additional expense. I will try to provide an estimate once I can determine the problem. We can also transport your game for you at an additional cost if you do not have the means nor the time.
